Adani-Hindenburg Row: Congress Seeks Parliamentary Panel Probe
The Congress today held country-wide protests outside LIC offices demanding a joint parliamentary committee probe into the Hindenburg Report, which alleged wrongdoings by Adani group, after which the group's stocks plummeted. The Congress alleged the centre had forced nationalised banks and LIC to invest in Adani group. The Adani group and the centre have denied all the allegations.
