US power giant AES' Corporation's India head Srinivas Rao is busy making last minute arrangements before his global CEO arrives in India on Thursday. His team is also busy preparing a blueprint of their mega India plans and at a time when FDI in power sector has simply dried up, in a bold new step AES has prepared a $3 billion war chest for India alone.
