Government sources said that the Taliban entered at least two of India's consulates on Wednesday, searched for documents and took away parked cars. They expressed worry that this meant the group is acting against the assurances its leaders have been giving to the world. Also, Taliban fighters in Afghanistan have shot and killed a relative of a Deutsche Welle journalist while hunting for him, the German public broadcaster said.
