A man is slapped and thrashed with a slipper in mobile phone footage from Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar that has gone viral on social media. The assaulter is a money lender who had loaned the man Rs. 50,000 for his daughter's wedding, at a jaw-dropping 100 percent interest rate. He has been arrested.
