After Gadkari, now Akhilesh Yadav visits martyr Hemraj's house

A string of top political leaders visited the family of martyr Hemraj Singh in Shernagar, Uttar Pradesh, today where his mother and wife are on a hunger strike, demanding that his severed head be located and returned to them. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav visited the family late this afternoon and announced that his government would give them Rs. 20 lakhs in monetary support. He also announced a payout of Rs. Five lakhs from the Kisan Bhima Fund.
