After Student's Suicide, Parents Allege Caste Discrimination At IIT Bombay
There is overwhelming grief at the Ahmedabad home of Darshan Solanki, the 18-year-old student at IIT Bombay who allegedly died by suicide at the college hostel on Sunday. Family members say Darshan told them he felt humiliated and isolated after some students came to know that he belonged to Scheduled Castes.
