After Tamil Nadu Police Notice To ED, Probe Agency Writes Back, Calls It "Abrupt"
The face-off between the Enforcement Directorate and the Tamil Nadu police war has now escalated. After Tamil Nadu police sent a notice summoning an Assistant Director-level officer from the ED , the central agency has now written back, calling the notice abrupt and sudden. Last month Tamil Nadu police had arrested an ED officer and searched ED offices in Madurai in connection with an alleged corruption case.
