For the second time in two days, Prime Minister Narendra Modi raised Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's "beating him with danda (stick)" comment, this time before a large gathering in Assam. Yesterday, he had referred to the comment - made by the Congress MP at a Delhi election rally - in parliament while replying to a debate. "At times, some leaders talk about beating me with sticks, but I'm saved by the blessings of all mothers of India. I pay my respects and thank all of you. I am here to instil a new belief in all Assamese people," PM Modi said while addressing a public meeting in Kokrajhar.
