Agniveers will have distinct advantage in job market because of their army training, said Biocon's Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, adding that she is partial to people who come from the army. Ms Shaw said she has at least 70 to 100 ex servicemen in her company at the moment. "We are a manufacturing company so we see ex servicemen in administrative jobs, engineering jobs, project management jobs - there are a number of areas where we use ex servicemen," said Ms Shaw.
