A day after India notified its rules on nuclear liability, government officials have taken a tough line regarding American objections, which they anticipate will remain sticking points. India's rules are likely to feature prominently at the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's meeting tomorrow with President Barack Obama on the sidelines of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit here.
