AIADMK Women's Wing Protests In Chennai, Cites Rise In Crimes Against Women
AIADMK women's wing held protests against the DMK government at Valluvar Kottam in Chennai on September 24. The protesters raised slogans against the state government. The protesters alleged that crimes against women have increased in the state. A protester said, "Numerous cases have been filed regarding law and order problems; the government should take care of all these things. It has also been published in the media. We are demanding to protect the OF leader and law and order in the state. With the support of the public, they have formed the government. They have published so much false information in front of the public. They haven't kept a single promise."
