AIMIM's A Owaisi Slams Karnataka BJP Chief Over Tipu Sultan Comment
AIMIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi has criticised Karnataka BJP chief Nalinkumar Kateel for his statement on the followers of Tipu Sultan. Mr Kateel on Wednesday said, "People who love Tipu Sultan should not stay here." In a response to the comment, Mr Owaisi took Tipu Sultan's name and challenged the BJP leader. During his address, Mr Kateel also said, "Will you chase away people who sing Tipu's bhajans?" Mr Owaisi said this was an open call to violence.
