Air India strike hits 100 crore mark, still no breakthrough
With close to 800 Air India pilots refusing to return to cockpits for a week now, the airline has suffered losses in excess of Rs 100 crore. With only 10 per cent domestic flights operating, the national carrier has been losing Rs 20 crore per day for the last three days. The airline, as a result of the strike, has curtailed 90 per cent of its domestic flights till May 6.
