All Parliament Suspensions To Be Revoked Ahead Of Budget Session Tomorrow | Read
The suspension of 11 Rajya Sabha MPs has been revoked ahead of the Budget Session of Parliament which starts tomorrow. 146 MPs were suspended last month during the Winter Session as the Opposition demanded a statement from the Union Home Minister about the security breach in the Lok Sabha when men had smuggled in smoke bombs and let them off during house proceedings. Of the 146, 132 MPs were suspended till the remainder of the Winter Session of Parliament. So when both houses were prorogued, their suspension was revoked, officials said.
