Alleviate Congestion in Indian Cities to Boost Economic Prosperity: World Bank

A World Bank report on urbanization in South Asia finds that cities in the region do not contribute as much to GDP as similar-sized cities do globally. With 4 mega cities and over 40 multi-city regions (like the NCR), India must alleviate congestion forces for business to function effectively, warns World Bank's lead urban economist Peter D Ellis.
