Amar Singh demands windfall tax on oil companies
The government is under pressure from its new allies for not considering their demand for imposing a windfall profit tax on private oil refiners. "Murli Deora's comment on not supporting of windfall tax is not correct and the minister should talk more about middle class," said Amar Singh, General Secretary, Samajwadi Party.
