Amarnath Yatra Begins Amid Terror Threat, Rajnath Singh Among First Devotees | Read
Amid spurt of terror strikes in Jammu and Kashmir, the annual Amarnath Yatra began today with Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh visiting the cave shrine. The Home Minister who is in the state to review the security situation, said, "I believe as far as security threat is concerned there should be mutual coordination." Thousands of devotees have already started to reach the base camp for the pilgrimage.
