Amit Shah In Tripura Ahead Of State Polls
In poll-bound Tripura, Home minister Amit Shah today launched the BJP's poll campaign by flagging off a twin Rath Yatra, one in the northern and the other in the southern part of the state, also marking the beginning of his tour of 11 states, a part of the outreach for the 2024 general elections. Mr Shah outlined BJP's susashan or good governance pitch to try and retain Tripura where 5 party MLAs had quit and switched to a resurgent opposition. NDTV'S Ratnadip Choudhury reports.
