Amit Shah Shares Health Journey, Urges Youth To Prioritise Fitness, Sleep

At a World Liver Day event by ILBS, Union Home Minister Amit Shah shared his personal health transformation since May 2020. He credited proper sleep, hydration, diet, and regular exercise for helping him live medicine-free today.
