Amul vs Aavin: Politics Intensifies Over Milk In Tamil Nadu
After Karnataka, Tamil Nadu is opposing Dairy giant Amul in the state competing against the State Government Cooperative brand Aavin. Chief Minister MK Stalin calls this an unhealthy competition among two cooperatives which could hit milk supply in the state. Stalin has asked Home Minister Amit Shah to direct Amul to desist from procuring milk from areas Aavin procures. A fresh milk row begins.
