An Art Installation On Why India Needs More Organ Donors

'Life Before Ashes' is the theme of a poignant art collection with the hard-hitting message to highlight the need to donate organs. Put together by NGO MOHAN Foundation to spread awareness about the cause of organ donation, the collection is a set of art installations of human organs to highlight the urgency and the need for more donations and make everyone think about taking the pledge to donate their organs. The human organ installations are made from a mix of ashes from the remains of those cremated and mud from graves. The collection went on display at Infinity Mall, Malad in Mumbai and at several hospitals and public places across the country.
