The Supreme Court on Saturday ended the decades-old Ayodhya temple-mosque dispute with its judgement in which it said the 2.77 acre land belonged to the deity Ram Lalla or infant Lord Ram. It also ordered the centre or the state government to allocate a 5 acre plot in the holy city for the construction of a mosque. Here is the analysis of the judgement.
