Anderson release: Arjun's decision?
Arjun Singh continues to remain silent on what led to Warren Anderson's escape from India, but now reports in the newspapers in the days following the disaster say, it was he who decided to let Anderson go and that he briefed the then Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi about the Union Carbide chief's arrest and subsequent release.
