Andhra Pradesh excise minister on liquor mafia's payroll?

Andhra Pradesh excise minister Mopidevi Venkatramana has been accused of allegedly taking bribes from the liquor cartel operating in Warangal and Khammam. According to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Mr. Venkatramana and two other Congress MLAs allegedly received regular payouts from the liquor lobby - a kind of protection money to allow them to carry on business.
