In less than 48 hours after his arrest, Anna Hazare has, sources say, been offered 21 days at Ramlila Maidan. Anna Hazare has been able to get the Government on the backfoot by refusing to leave Tihar Jail, more than 24 hours after his release orders. Has the Government committed a blunder by sending Anna to Tihar Jail?
