Anna writes to PM, says won't campaign against Congress
Anna Hazare, who is doing most of his communication in written during his maun-vrat or "vow of silence", has written a new letter to the Prime Minister, warning him that he will begin another hunger strike if the Lokpal Bill is not passed in the Winter Session of Parliament.
