Another nightmare rush hour for Delhi with water-logging, jams
For the second day in a row, Delhi has been whipped by heavy rain in the evening, pushing commuters into a worst-case rush hour. A tweet from the Delhi traffic police a little before 6 pm warned of water-logging at Defence Colony flyover, Yusuf Sarai market and Hauz Khas. The Purvi Marg and Paschimi Marg near Outer Ring Road are submerged in two-feet water; traffic too is moving in single lane here.
