Lakhs of students are suffering because of a mismanaged, inefficient system. There is shock and horror as the CBSE says Class 10 students will take the Maths exam again and Class 12 students will have to sit again for Economics, after papers were leaked. Who is to blame and held accountable? Will the culprits be punished and can we ensure this isn't repeated. First SSC and now this. Why is it so tough for India to conduct free, fair exams?
