Congress's Milind Deora will contest against Shiv Sena's Arvind Sawant in South Mumbai, which goes to polls in the fourth phase. Mr Deora, who blames "Modi wave" for his defeat in 2014, says "anti-incumbency" against the sitting lawmaker, Mr Sawant, will favour the Congress. But the Shiv Sena leader is confident of winning a second term with a "bigger" margin.
