In this episode, we will focus on treatments for coronavirus. While there's no sure-shot treatment, there are many tried, tested and discarded treatments as well. Now, drug firm Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has said its findings on antiviral drug Favipiravir show "no new safety signals or concerns" in mild to moderate COVID-19 patients. The drugmaker says the study found the antiviral drug Favipiravir safe and effective for COVID-19 patients.
