USHA has significant expertise in content development and training beneficiaries on sewing and stitching. It has been training rural women on these skills for the past nine years. Taking a step forward towards holistic development of Silai School women, USHA partnered with UNFPA for skill content development provided 16 hours of life skills training to women entrepreneurs during Classical Silai School Training. Under the partnership, UNFPA will develop 100 Master Trainers consisting of Silai School women entrepreneurs, USHA sewing trainers, USHA Program Coordinators and NGO coordinators. These Master Trainers will train 3,000 Silai School teachers on life skills in three-year time.
