APM prices completely unviable: ONGC

India's biggest oil company the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) is incurring huge under recoveries as it first had to subsidize the OMCs to cover up their under recoveries and then was forced to sell gas at subsidized prices even when it meant its own loss.
