Former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda publicly appealed Dushyant Singh Chautala's Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) and the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) to join hands with the Congress to keep the BJP out of power in the state. "The time has come for Congress, Jannayak Janata Party, Indian National Lok Dal, and independents to come together to form a strong government," Mr Hooda said.
