Are girls mere objects of 'attraction', Mr Vice Chancellor?

On The Buck Stops Here, we debate the bizarre bias of the Aligarh Muslim University, where undergraduate girls are barred from the university's main library. The Vice Chancellor says there is "lack of space" in the library and if undergraduate girls are allowed, there will be "four times more boys". Is the university, which is funded by the taxpayer, ruled by patriarchy? There is no "space" for girls, but plenty of room for sexism and bias?
