Elections 2009 is nothing short of a stimulus package for helicopter operator Captain Gulab Singh Tanwar. Tanwar is busy these days providing helicopters and small aircraft to Congress and the BJP for election campaign. The minimum cost of hiring a helicopter or a small plane is Rs 1.5 crore for a 45 day period. Already 85 aircrafts have been booked.
