Are We Evolving Towards Hybrid Work-Model?

According to a NASSCOM survey, 70% of organisations are looking at hybrid-work model beyond the pandemic, while organisations with more than 1,000 employees are more likely to adopt hybrid-model. Many experts believe that a hybrid system will be the future of workplaces. Experts also believe this system will be agile, experimental and empathetic, supporting remote arrangements, and only a few employees will be physically required in the office on select days.
