Arjun Singh irks Cong, Sonia shows discontent
The brewing discontent between Arjun Singh and the Congress Party leadership came to the fore at an event in Delhi on Saturday. The senior Cabinet minister did not exchange a word with party president Sonia Gandhi. In an event that lasted a couple of hours, they only referred to each other in their formal speeches, avoiding any eye contact otherwise.
