Members of a sect claiming to be followers of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose are at the heart of clashes in Mathura in which 24 people including two police personnel have been killed. The 'Azad Bharat Vidhik Vaicharik Kranti Satyagrahi' and the smaller Swadheen Subhash Sena have many startling political demands including removal of the election process for the PM and President. But their politics aside, how did they manage to squat on 260 acres of public land for two years? How did they manage to amass a terrifying arsenal of grenades, guns and swords?
