Armyman accused of molestation in Guwahati
In a shocking incident in Guwahati Railway station on Wednesday afternoon, a group of girl volunteers charged an army officer of molesting them. The army has instituted a court of enquiry. Lieutenant Colonel Parminder Singh Rathore of the Territorial Army has been charged of molesting a group of girls from The Bharat Scouts and Guides volunteering in the pulse polio programme at the railway station.
