The Delhi Chief Minister, who is seeking a record fourth term in office, hinted that anti-incumbency may hurt her. "As a voter, one may think maybe another party can do better. That question mark in the voters' minds has to be removed," Mrs Dikshit said. Delhi votes on December 4.
