BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj today attacked Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal after the Supreme Court granted him interim bail and said he is "not ready to resign".
"Arvind Kejriwal got interim bail today only because one aspect of the law has been referred to a larger bench. Whenever a thing is referred to the larger bench, then it takes time for the matter to be heard properly. Supreme Court has indicated that whenever a constitutional functionary is involved in such cases, then the person should immediately resign from his post. But Mr Kejriwal is busy in misleading the investigating agencies. But he is on a power-trip and not ready to resign from his post," Ms Swaraj told a press conference.
