Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal asked tough questions as soon as he was freed from jail. In a swipe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Mr Kejriwal said the Prime Minister has not been able to fulfil guarantees given by him in the past 10 years. "Who will fulfil the guarantees after Modi turns 75?" Mr Kejriwal said, referring to what the Opposition claims is the BJP's rule of retiring leaders at 75. Home Minister Amit Shah has denied any such rule exists in the BJP's constitution. "Modi ji had given guarantees that Rs 15 lakh will be deposited in every account; two crore jobs will be provided every year; farmers will be given crop prices as per the Swaminathan Committee recommendations; there will be 24-hour electricity… He has not been able to fulfil the guarantees," Mr Kejriwal said.
