While Arvind Kejriwal was speaking about Delhi government's health facilities at a press conference, a man stood up and flashed his swollen belly, stressing that he has medical problems but no one is listening to him. "Can you help with this," said the man to Mr Kejriwal pointing to his belly. The former chief minister assured the man that he will receive the "best treatment".
