Personal attacks and barbs targetting top leaders through posters or via press conferences: this is what we get to see in the run-up to Delhi elections. Delhi, a city which is the crown jewel of the country. But instead of talking about issues that affect those living here, like pollution, traffic gridlocks and safety, we only see politicians serving allegations targetting each other and a lot of creativity and time is clearly being invested into this.
