One of the country's biggest clothes manufacturer, Arvind Mills is in talks with Reliance and Pantaloon for retail partnerships. The expansion is not limited to only mass-market clothes. As the recent expansion of the Tommy Hilfiger stores in India proved, the company is eyeing an increasing share of Rs 3500 crore premium fashion segment.
