As PM Spoke About 'Make In India', Was Defence Minister Snoozing? | Read
As Prime Minister Narendra Modi asserted that his government is ready to change rules and laws to speed up manufacturing under the "Make in India" programme, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar was apparently not invigorated. Seated just one spot away from Mr Modi, the Defence Minister was photographed with his head back, eyes closed, mouth open. The picture was posted on Twitter early this afternoon and retweeted soon without comment by the opposition Congress. The BJP has not commented on the photograph. NDTV cannot verify its authenticity.
