"Ashok Gehlot's Face-Saving Tactics": Rajasthan BJP Chief On Congress's Sabotage Allegations
Rajasthan BJP chief Satish Poonia has denied allegations by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot that the BJP has been using Sachin Pilot to bring down the Congress government in the state. "These are baseless allegations. I can also say anything wild about what Ashok Gehlot did to save his government," Mr Poonia told NDTV. "Ashok Gehlot's defence of the troubles in Rajasthan Congress is very poor. It is a face-saving tactic [to blame the BJP]. The people of Rajasthan see everything," Mr Poonia said. On Mr Gehlot's allegation that Rs 10 crore each went to MLAs loyal to Mr Pilot, the BJP leader said, "Even a blind person will not accept this allegation."
