Assam Citizens' List: Detention Crisis Looms?

Over 19 lakh people, who have been excluded from Assam citizens' list, have 120 days to file their appeals. This means the tribunals will have to address an average of nearly 16,000 appeals per day. Is that practically feasible? "The legal process, going all the way to the Supreme Court, the cases will last for years. Where are these people going to go," asks former chairperson of National Commission on Minorities Wajahat Habibullah.
