Assam Flood: Submerged Residential Areas Leave Residents Distressed In Bajali
As Assam continues to witness flood situations in many parts of the state, Bajali village was recently added to the list of these ill-fated areas. With the flood water submerging the village, many residents were left in distress and displaced post losing their houses. The locals are currently residing in makeshift shelters, that lack many basic necessities. Narrating their ordeal, the flood victims recalled the night when the floodwater entered their village.
