As the BJP is off to a flying start in Gujarat and in a tight race with the Congress in Himachal Pradesh, preparations for a celebration were on at the party's Delhi office. Visuals showed sweets were being prepared at the office. The BJP has more than once expressed confidence that it will win both the states.
